Troubleshooting issues launching CDM+

While CDM+ will install and launch normally on most systems, some environments may experience an issue installing, launching, or uninstalling CDM+. If you are unable to launch CDM+ normally, please try these steps:

  1. Uninstall CDM+ (do not remove configuration data or logs)
  2. Re-install CDM+

If re-installing does not resolve the issue, or if the problem occurs when installing or uninstalling CDM+ please look for a solution from the list below or contact technical support.
