Error: VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found

Problem

When attempting to launch CDM+ on WIndows you see an error about VCRUNTIME140.dll not found.

Solution

1. Go to Apps & Features

2. Uninstall any Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Redistributables with the year 2015 listed in them. These may be just 2015, 2015-2019, or another combination

3. Uninstall CDM+

4. Re-install CDM+

5. Launch CDM+ and it should start without error
