Troubleshooting connectivity issues

CDM+ requires a connection to a database to function properly. If this connection is blocked, you will be unable to access your CDM+ data or work normally.

The primary reason CDM+ will be unable to connect to the database is a firewall. See Configuring a Firewall/Security Software for CDM+ for information on allowing CDM+ access through your firewall.
