How to find API Credentials

You may have 3rd-party software that needs credentials to connect to CDM+ through Suran API. Follow these steps to locate those credentials.

1. Log in to CDM+ Desktop

2. Open System Preferences

   1. macOS: CDM+ → Preferences → CDM+ System
      
      

   2. Windows: File → Preferences → CDM+ System
      
      

3. Locate the icons under the General tab

4. Scroll to the right

5. Click API

6. Use the Copy button to copy out the values you need

   

   
   

Use these values to configure your 3rd-party software or to build a new integration.
