Using the Visitation Feature

Visitation is a part of the Individuals feature. To open the Visitation feature, login to CDM+ Mobile and, on the Launcher, tap the Individuals icon.

Tap Groups, and select a group... for example, All Individuals.

The drop down menu changes from a list of groups to a list of all the individuals in your CDM+ database that are not marked "do not print." The individuals are listed alphabetically, and by default, the first time you tap All Individuals the personal information for the first person on the list appears in the panel to the right of the list.

Scroll through the list until you find the person you wish to view. Tap the person's name. In the example below, we have chosen to view information for Adrienne Cassidy.

You will notice that you have a Visitation icon at the bottom of the screen, tap the icon to open this person's Visitation Records.

If you have no Visitation Records for this individual—that you can see—a screen with a blue button will open with a message to create a record. If you tap this button, you will start the process of creating the record.
