OCV Minister Panel

The OCV Minister panel on the DOC Minister tab displays information from the General database about the selected minister. This data cannot be changed by the region, but text can be copied and pasted.

Having the DOC Minister and OCV Minister panels side-by-side allows a region to visually compare the two data sources to determine whether they need to submit changes.

The OCV data is only available if the Minister PIN in the Regional database matches the selected minister's PIN in the General database. That is, the region has associated the two records. 

The region can only see General database information for ministers whose oversight is in that region.

If the minister record is not associated or if the minister's oversight is in another region, the OCV Minister panel will display No information available.
