Regions can specify one or more ethnicity codes based on the minister's ethnic self-identification. The ethnicity codes available are specified by the General Commission on Ministry.
Work Place
For ministers employed or otherwise serving in ministry outside of a Disciples congregation, their work location or ministry site is entered in the Work Place field. This field is compared and transmitted as a possible change when submitting ministerial changes.
