Visitation
Here you can set the default permission for other CDM+ users to have access to Visitation Records and Reminders that you create. Private is for only you, Public is for everyone, and Selected allows you to which which individual users can, or cannot, see the records. This setting can be overridden on the Access tab of the Visitation Record window.
Pastoral
Here you can set default permission for other CDM+ users to have access to Pastoral Records that you create. Private is for only you, Public is for everyone, and Selected allows you to which which individual users can, or cannot, see the records.
