macOS Crash Logs

When an application crashes on macOS, the operating system saves a copy of the crash report. These logs can be access later by following these steps.

1. Ensure you're logged into the computer as the user where the crash occurred
2. Switch to the Finder
3. From the Go menu, select Utilities
4. Open Console
5. Select User Reports
6. Scroll down to the reports beginning with Omnis
7. Locate the crash by its date and time
   

   

8. Select the crash log
9. From the File menu select Reveal in Finder to access the file
