Departments

Departments can be assigned to events, allowing you to limit the Event Schedule and reports to show just the events related to certain departments. For example, create a Music Ministries department so that the choir director can pass out a calendar to the choir members showing just the music-related events of the church.

Departments, like Room Configurations and Resource Types, are managed from the Master Coding System. See Appendix B for help using the Master Coding System.
