Reports in Regional

Like CDM+ Membership, CDM+ Regional provides directories, exports, custom listings, labels, and notices for Church Records. In addition, though, CDM+ Regional uses the connection between Church Records and Individual Records along with the Position coded on the Church tab of the Individual Records to provide a unique set of reports for church leadership and membership.

Church Ministers

The Church Ministers report provides a directory of churches with ministers and church positions. Choose the positions to be included in the directory from a list of available positions on the Report tab.

Church Minister Address Directory

The Church Minister Address Directory provides a directory of churches with ministers and church positions like the Church Ministers report, but it also includes address and contact information for the ministers listed. Choose the positions to be included in the directory from a list of available positions on the Report tab.

Church Position Export/Custom Listing

Church Position Export and Church Position Custom Listing use Position as the standard search. The export or custom listing set can include fields from the position Group Assignment, the Individual Record, and the Church Record. Note that in the Group Assignment, the begin date and end date show as Date Enrolled and Date De-Enrolled.

Church Position Labels

Church Position Labels use Position as the standard search to print labels and envelopes that include the individual name matching the selected position with the church name and address.

Church Address List

The Church Address Listing provides a listing of the Address Records connected to the selected churches. The listing is formatted to facilitate correction of the address information

Church Individual List

The Church Individual Listing provides a listing of the Individual Records connected to the selected churches. Church leaders, those with a position assignment on their Church tab, are shown at the top of the list. Choosing the Show Rosters option on the Report tab will also display the group assignments for each individual.

Church Position Notices

Church Position notices create letter, card, or email notices to a group based on church position. Position is the standard search for these notices. For example, Church Position notices could facilitate sending a mailing or email blast to everyone with the position Senior Minister.
