Payroll User Permissions

  1. To grant users permission to view, manage, and print payroll features go to File (on Mac)/CDM+ (on Windows) → Administration .


  2. Next, either Add User or select an existing user to edit their permissions.


  3. In the Permissions section, scroll until you see Payroll. Put a check in the box next to the permissions you want to grant that user. Click Save in the bottom right corner to save your changes

Please note that if you want to grant someone all permissions for payroll to keep the last two options, User cannot modify employee accounts and User cannot delete employees unchecked.
