Device Not Enabled
CDM+ Mobile will display an error screen stating the "device is not enabled" if the device it is running on has a valid provisioning code but is not enabled. To fix this error, the system administrator needs to go to the CDM+ Mobile tab under User Management in CDM+, find the provisioned device and slide the "Enabled" switch to ON. The mobile device that was experiencing this error must then back out of CDM+ Mobile and then re-enter. If this does not fix the problem, check to make sure the correct device in the device list in CDM+ was selected when the switch was changed. If the correct device was selected and it did not work, contact support.
