How to Edit Contribution Records

Edit Contribution Records

  1. Go to ProgramContributionsContribution Records.

  2. Set up a find to search for the record you need or click All in the left sidebar. Select the record and click Change from the left sidebar.

  3. Make any change that you need and click Save in the upper left sidebar.

Edit Contribution Batches

  1. Go to ProgramContribution RecordsBatch Contribution Entry.

  2. To Delete or Edit the entries within an entire contribution batch, click Modify Batches.

  3. Use the buttons at the top of the window to find the entries that you need. Then, click the red X to delete entries or make any edits that you need.

  4. Save any changes.
