You can review payments on a Vendor Record to see if they are marked as a 1099 item.

After selecting the Vendor Record that you need, click the Payments tab.

Line items marked with an * will be included in 1099 totals.

Use the Toggle 1099 ( * ) Setting button to change the status of a line item.
If a payment has multiple line items, you can mark one line item to be marked as a 1099 payment, while another may not be marked.
