Finding Text Giving Contributions in CDM+

Contribution records that originate from Text Giving are stored in CDM+ with a Source of Text Giving if the gift came from someone logged into their Engage account, and a Source of Text Giving (Guest) if the gift came from someone who was not logged in.

The Source field in CDM+ can be used as additional search criteria on contribution reports and can also be included in contribution custom listings and exports as a way to report and understand the effect of Text Giving.

The Source field will only show sources for gifts in your database. If you don't see Text Giving listed, this means you do not have any text gifts in CDM+.
