Expiring Cards

Expiring Cards shows credit or debit cards that will expire within in the next month. These cards are used for active recurring gifts and need to be updated or the related gift will cease to occur.

  1. To get to Expiring Cards from CDM+ go to Program → CDM+ Engage → Expiring Cards.

From Engage you can go to Admin → Expiring Cards

  1. You can click the payer's name to email them using your default email application.

Automatic Notifications

When a credit or debit card used for a recurring gift is going to expire, Engage will now send a notification to the giver. The email notification includes a link to update the card with a new number. This notice is sent on the 1st and 15th of the card's expiration month.
