How to allow a user to see the Giver's name and address in Batch Contributions Entry

The person entering contributions in Batch Contributions Entry window cannot see Giver's name and address.

The reason for this is that the user's administrative permissions are limiting them to only seeing Giver's Code. This article will show you how to change the administrative permissions. 

To change administrative permissions, the user must have access to the Administration window in CDM+.

How to change the permission to see Giving Unit information

1. File → Administration
2. Select user under the Users section of the window.
3. Scroll down in the Permissions section to 'Contributions' and uncheck 'Hide Giving Unit Information during Contribution entry.'
4. Save
5. Close Administration window.

Giving Unit information is now visible to the CDM+ User

Once you save the changes, open the Batch Contributions Entry window and verify that you see Giver's names and addresses.
